Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

This online store is intended for the sale of dog protection products. The operator of the online store is Tjaša Oblak s.p., operating in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

By using this online store, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions and fully accept them.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (EUR). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and include VAT.

The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders

The customer places an order through the online store. After submitting the order, the customer receives a confirmation email.

The order is considered final once the customer receives confirmation or notification of production/shipment.

4. Production and Delivery Times

Products are handmade to order, therefore the delivery time is usually between 3 and 10 working days, unless otherwise stated.

In case of higher order volume, the delivery time may be extended, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije or other delivery providers.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.

6. Returns and Complaints

As the products are custom-made or made to order, returns are generally not possible, except in the case of a defect or damage to the product.

The customer must report any defect within 8 days of receiving the product.

In the case of a justified complaint, the product will be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price refunded.

7. Responsibility

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct product size. The seller is not liable for incorrectly chosen sizes if measurement instructions were provided.

8. Data Protection

The seller is committed to protecting all personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

Data is used exclusively for order processing and customer communication and is not shared with third parties.

9. Communication

The customer may contact the seller via email or other provided contact details.

10. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The valid version is the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
